That great Cathedral space which was childhood

"That great Cathedral space which was childhood."
Virginia Woolf, "A Sketch of the Past," Moments of Being (written 1939-1940), ed. Jeanne Schulkind (1976).

I haven't laughed so hard in a long time as I did one morning a couple of weeks ago. I came out of the shower to discover that the boys were carrying items from the recycling bin up a floor to our guest room, piece by piece, and taping them onto a box as various controls and gadgets for their "recycling rocket", as they call it. Over the last couple of weeks they've intermittently worked on it, adding additional boxes as needed. The photos should provide amusing family historical reference in years to come in terms of what we eat, what we recycled!

luckily we have safety goggles...

That is so cool! How great that they play so well together, too.

What color did you use on your walls here - this is exactly the color I want for my new house!
