The Rising

Springsteen's song "The Rising" was an unofficial anthem for Obama's campaign, often playing when Obama went onstage at his rallies.

Congratulations to president elect Barack Obama and his family! May we unite as a country with a great sense of empathy and optimism.

Tears of happiness were shed here and we celebrated with champagne - so happy; Thanks America for saying so loud and clear: we want to move forward and not backwards..!
Hopes are high here that he'll bring a new founded optimism to a problematic world...
Just goes to prove what I'd love to truly believe dreams do come true..:)
