Alexi on his way to work: "I think the boys really need some time outside; they're climbing the walls."
Me: "We'll go, we'll go...just as soon as I address these last 40 cards."
Here are some snapshots I took once we finally got outside, on our sunny walk to the post office.

Good Morning~ Nothing like a little fresh air~ did you return and have a quick nap???
And once again- great shots. Would love to know what you use for a camera- I'm researching for a new one.
Happy weekend!
Lecia,
Several years ago, I read "Raising Cain" which is a must read for Mothers of boys.
The outdoors and physical labor are a must. My sons stack firewood and are outside a lot, and then on the computer.
We try to balance it -
Naturally - your photos are amazing.

Hi, lovely pics. I want to wish you a happy new year.
Somebody told me when I took on Ron's 5 children IN 1987, they were then ages 3-12, "you have to run them like dogs"... TRUER WORDS NEVER SPOKEN! Wow that sidewalk is interesting.... would be a challenge with ice, I bet! xo
Thanks for visiting my blog... I've just been through yours a bit too and it's fantastic. I love how personal it is and oh my gosh, your boys are adorable! Thanks for your sweet comment and I'm looking forward to checking out more of your blog in the months to come!

That is an amazing sidewalk! Plus what a lovely neighborhood for a walk. We're still buried under snow, so it's a great boost to see winter branches and buds.
what lovely photos...you have a blessed life..check out my blog
Glad you guys got outside today - looks lovely, and green. Green!!
Lovely photos - isn't it nice to be outside in the sun? Happy New Year!
I've been tossing my girls out in the back yard as much as possible!
how is it possible to have SO much snow, & then have the kids out for a walk in sweatshirts!? YES, the kids need to get out of the house. We call it "getting their ya-ya's out." Even if it's freezing cold, we bundle 'em up & set them free.
I want to live in your neighborhood! Beautiful photos!
