My day always starts off with coffee in bed, carried up two flights of stairs to me, thanks to Alexi. Saturday his day was spent playing hockey in a coaches' game followed by an evening course in coaching baseball. Sunday he made waffles for us all, spent the majority of the day at a pine car derby with Abbott, then came home and set up egg dye with Cal. Swoon. Does this give you an idea of what an amazing husband and father he is? This post made me think about how, though I blog about much of my life, the man in my life is often behind the scenes. Just so you know...I love him.

your post, as well as the linked one to shutter sisters, really struck a cord with me... it is for the same reason that I commemorated our 1000th day together with a photoblog that chronicles our little moments together...

Sweet Lecia! Your boys have a great roll model to follow and someday (a lonnnnng time away) they too will make wonderful husbands!
I just told my love yesterday again how bless I am to have him in my life and for all that he does for me and now taken the roll of helping my mom get on her feet after my dad.
Have a sweet evening! xoxo
P.S. When I saw your boys coloring eggs I went into total panic. I thought Easter was already here or I missed it! LOL...
My Hubby is also a great guy, and I truly appreciate him, and our relationship.
I think it is great that you posted this subject for the world to see! :)
Wow! I am swoonin'!!! Great post!
Thank you everyone!! Alexi had a lot of fun reading your comments (and emails from those of you who emailed).
to those of you who mentioned them: yay for awesome husbands!
Joyce: We always take our decorations out a couple of weeks before Easter and do our first batch of eggs - that way we can enjoy the season a bit longer, and the boys can take eggs in their lunches all week.
