Our days are still mostly cool - it was 39 degrees at one point during the day today - but we're getting out there and enjoying the brisk spring air, the chance to be outside for so much longer each day. Playing in the woods around our house, tidepooling, biking, games, digging...
It feels so nice. And it is only just beginning.

Enjoy exploring and have fun,

And what did you find there sweet Lecia? Treasures? I love digging for seaglass. The tides can give us the most amazing little gifts.
nice indeed! wish i could walk along the ocean every morning......lakes just aren't the same...:)
you have an amazing back yard!
Fond memories of my mother telling us to "Take it outside~" I think there is nothing better than going outside, feeling nature in all it's glory. Love how you share your part of the outside with each of us.

You are giving your kids such excellent childhoods; just the ability to appreciate and respect nature is monumental.
We've had a lot of rainy cold around here lately, and I've really fought to keep my little one inside. I'm afraid she's been quite angry with Mama! It's a risk I'll have to take, though, as the last thing I want is for her to catch cold in the rain.
You two look like you are having the best time. Making the most of the day.
How wonderful being able to go and down to the beach so regularly and look at the rock pools. Looks like a great day
that looks glorious - wet and cold and all. I can't wait to get to the beach.
Yay outside! I sat outside yesterday with my face to the sun. Just ten minutes. Yum!
Your outside photos are great - they are helping me escape my boring cubicle!
i LOVE the one of the 2 of you on the beach.

What a beautiful place you live in! IT's starting to get hot here now, so it's hard to imagine brisk air, but it sounds pretty good. Beautiful daffodils!
Such yummy daffodils! Today it was almost 70 degrees in our neck of the woods - it's warming up and it feels great!
Lecia, I love how spring is making a slight splash of color!
Love these shots! How lovely the yellow of the daffodils looks and how wonderful to spend time along the water. Spring is such a wonderful time -- it's been sunny and warm and bright today and everyone seems to be so full of happiness!
