Over the past couple of weeks I've been shocked by the pink that's been jumping out at me. A striking contrast to the greens and browns in the background that have made up the colors of our winter. And yet - every day I'm finding more and more signs like these - and the sights are becoming a little less striking each time as the transition really gets underway. Trees are blossoming, flower buds are opening, the days are lengthening.

I love pink. If I am having an upsetting day, I stare at something pink. When I worked in corporate, I wished for a pink wall opposite my desk so when times got tough, I could stare at it. It is so very soothing!
Gorgeous pictres, what an amazing view. I think this was the longest winter I can remember, to be enjoying every color like it is the first time seeing them. Yay for Spring, have a wonderful Easter weekend.

Stunning pics! That pink is simply amazing. When I see riotous colors like that in nature, I always tell my kids it's God's way of reminding us that he's there :-)

gorgeous photos and i agree about the pink! in fact, pink has not been an appealing color to me in a long time, yet when my 4 yr old asks me what my favorite color of the day is, it has been pink a few times lately. and i changed my own blog header earlier this week to capture some of the spring pink. have a happy weekend!

I love it when a specific color decides to speak to you! This year green has completely grabbed my attention - although last year it was a Robin's Egg blue.

I love pink blossoms too. The colors are very pretty together. Now that I think back on it, pink and green remind me of the 80's, in a good way of course!

Spring is so slowly creeping here this year. When I left for work this morning...it was 27 degrees out! Eek! I will live vicariously through your lovely photos for now.
