I'm not going to win any blog awards with a title like that, am I? Oh well it's all I could think of. I've been wanting to show you these bits of beauty I've been noticing on my running route this past week. The fireweed always makes me so homesick for Alaska. What's catching your eye at this moment in June? You fill in the blank: late June is tall grass, is fireweed, is....

Thank you for sharing the beautiful around you. As I was taking a walk last night I thought "I should have brought my camera!"
mushrooms, mushrooms, mushrooms. this wet weather is bringing all sorts of them. I think that will be todays topic.
... sunlight coming through the trees and the thick humdity is catching my breath.
Have a golden one! xoxo
that last pic? GORGEOUS!
Argh! I wish I could fill in the sentence in a happy way, but the heat really has zapped me!

Gorgeous I love your "hood"!
It's a beautiful view on your run. This month it;s been all rain catching my eye and lots of mossy green.
I loved you title! My first thought was... do you accept visitors to your neighborhood? LOL! Right now all that is catching my eye is the fig tree just outside my window. The figs are mocking me as they grow just a little riper day by day... not yet they say, not yet...
Who cares about the title! The photos are beautiful. You're very lucky to have all that around you.
I think it's a perfect simple title for a post about finding beauty in the simple things around you. Well done!
PS I don't know why exactly, but it's interesting to learn that you are from Alaska.
I love your photos. The one with the weath(?) is amazing.
