Just over a year ago, I started this blog. I did so partly as a way of keeping in touch with family and friends in other places, and partly as a creative and parenting outlet. Much to my surprise, blogging has given me an enormous amount of daily inspiration. I've discovered a passion for photography and writing. I've made connections with some wonderfully creative, fun, and beautiful women who have become a part of my life and my heart. And I've had great conversations with all of you each day; it really does feel like we're having a conversation to me here.

Congratulations, you have a nice gathering that follows your blog! You are probably the closest to being a model mama than anyone I know. Your creativeness and ability to "let go of the reins" at crucial times are admirable. I love that you've exposed your children to some traditionally "feminine" things in life, such as cooking, picking flowers, etc. You are teaching them to do and appreciate so many wonderful adventures and projects. Just from the pics of the boys, it's obvious they are very well adjusted and love life. They sure have a Super Mama! Oh, and your photos are top rate. Sincerely, Jeneice
