I hope you all had a restful Veterans Day. We enjoyed a bit of extra sleep, pumpkin pancakes, and some extra time with Alexi. In the evening I was able to meet up with a girlfriend for dinner and a bit of window shopping at a new shopping area.

Gillian had the day off from school, so I took the girls downtown to our favorite place for lunch - a local vegitarian place that does all organic, mostly local food and yummy smoothies. Afterwords we did some window shopping at Bluestem, a place which showcases MO artists. It was such a fun, girly day!
