I did not stop moving all day long yesterday. I stayed up far too late wrapping the last of the gifts and addressing holiday cards. The boys have a half day of school today then they're off for the next two weeks. Wondering if I'm ready for Christmas now, inside and out.
Thank you for reading and for all of your comments this week. xoxo

I still need to make a start on wrapping. However, a nice perk here in the Netherlands is that in many stores when you buy something they ask if it is a gift - if so they wrap it for you. Lovely. Although it has to be said that this can cause enormous lines at Christmas time. Your berry photo is so simple and looks lovely.
You will have loads of fun with your sons while they are off from school this holiday season! Happy Weekend!!
Have a wonderful weekend and Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
Such an exquisite photo, Lecia. I would give anything to have your eye!
You're going to have such fun with your boys for the next two weeks!
it always seems like there are a million things left to be done i the days before christmas, but it always gets done. christmas can't wait. the trick is to find a way to enjoy it while doing it. not something i am always good at. but this year i miss the stress, being in israel with very little christmas in the air. except for my house, that is :)
Have a golden weekend! xo
Christmas break is always the best! Enjoy!
Thanks for all the lovely photos and I also enjoy your Tweets!! I am @ijoffret in case you want to follow me .... Have a great holiday, it seems like you are completely ready!! xoxo
I am very impressed with your put-togetherness.
I don't have all the presents finished yet.
I love the berry twig!
i am right there with you, lecia. beginning to wish for sleep for christmas. (well, sleep and a massage.)

i love this picture. those winter berries are something special right now. i've been collecting them on my walks and putting them around my house.
Oh I love winter berries!
I never feel I'm ready, especially inside. But then I see my kids eyes sparkling with anticipation and happiness, and I then I feel ready. Have a wonderful trip, Lecia.
Just stopping by to wish you a happy holiday season filled with many blessings for you and your family.
Wondering if I'm ready, too...I guess we have no choice in the matter! Have a very merry holiday, Lecia and enjoy the quiet time with your family!
I don't know that any of us are ever ready...but then again the lesson is that we should all probably just let go, relax and enjoy.
hope you stayed warm!
I wanted to leave a comment on the most recent posts but that doesn't seem possible. Anyways, I just wanted to tell you how much I adore your stunning blog. Your pictures are so poetic and atmospheric; they make me dream and I love returning here time and again. Happy holidays!
