I'm hoping for a good snow! And I'm continuing to love the clear, cold December days we've been having. Our view around 4pm every day this week has looked just like the banner photo.
Monday I'll be guest blogging over at Jane's lovely space about where I blog from.
I hope you've had a lovely weekend.

looks like a fun day of decorating and what a yummy gingerbread house
You managed to make a gingerbread house and make it stand, I'm jelous, it looks great!
wow! this gingerbread house looks great!!!!
I agree that gingerbread is almost an essential part of the holiday season, especially if you have young children. If you can't make one, then light a lovely scented candle. As a kid, we always made cookies. Now I still make special holiday cookies. Memories memories!
Seeing your gingerbread house reminds me to gather the essentials and make one myself--really, they are a hallmark of the season!
I haven't made a gingerbread house in forever! Maybe I should give it another go this Christmas. Yours is lovely.
So far we've avoided gingerbread houses here, BUT the girls' home where I used to work had an annual gingerbread house day (made with graham crackers) that was crazy!
That gingerbread house looks just incredible! I haven't made one since I was a kid, but now you've got me in the mood....
My living room is filled with boxes of ornaments! But I'm trying...a little each day. The wreath tomorrow, the tree on Thursday.
I'm impressed with your gingerbread house, Lecia! I do not have the patience. I wonder if I did when the kids were little? I'll have to ask. (My mind is like a sieve.)
Cozy! I love seeing pictures of people's holiday moments. Especially when they involve gingerbread.
love your gingerbread house

FanTAStic gingerbread house. Are you going to eat it slowly, or devour it one special night?
