for your Tuesday

Thank you all for the great book recommendations on Friday - I'm set for a while now! I'm in the middle of Cutting for Stone by Abraham Verghese; so good that I'm finding it a tiny bit annoying to have to stop reading and take care of my family.

Remember the cat on the head episode? Well, on Sunday Cal said to Abbott 'jump over me while I roll down the hill' (top image); fortunately the timing worked out on this one.

This story left me teary; so sweet.

Check out the glee flashmob in Seattle; it's awesome.

I found Radiolab's "Lucy" quite thought provoking (via Molly).

I hope your Tuesday is going well. (Abbott never likes Tuesday as well as Monday, because he has art on Monday but not Tuesday.)

Glad the boys are getting more accurate in their timing! ;)
I put the book you recommended on my amazon "save for later" list.

Loved Loved Loved the Glee Flash Mob in downtown Seattle. It made me smile, sing and dance! Needed to do that, just fantastic!

Lots of wonderful nuggets in this post, even if there is no art today! xoxoxo

Hi Cathy, I raised 3 sons... My two youngest were only 16 months apart---so they did alot of the same things together as your sons are doing. I remember those days so much with fond memories. (My sons are 46, 40 and 38 now.)

Thanks for stopping back by my blog. Come back anytime. By the way, I love your photography.
Hugs,
Betsy

Thanks for the notes, they arrived and I am so excited to share them. Your boys look fantastic and not the least bit bothered that their Mom has her nose stuck in a good book. We say lead by example!
