Wednesday

I believe we'd have a shot at world peace if we all had Cal's ability to decompress. After school, he goes up to the top floor of our house, where my bedroom is, locks himself in my room, and plays with legos until around dinnertime. He emerges for dinner regrouped and ready to be social.

Very clever indeed, mine are so cranky after school :(

I believe a good dose of peace and solitude works wonders - I wish I had it daily!

I wish I could do that. I wish my boys would do that. We would have more peace around here it they did.

Cal sets a good example! Peace and space after a day of work! Add a glass of wine to this and I would be all set! xoxo

What beautiful pictures of your boy. And I envy his Lego time!

I completely agree! We would all be better off with a bit of personal time out.

You have a wise one. I believe it's that so many cannot find or simply do not make decompression time a priority.
