We've had morning sun two days in a row. The extra light in the evenings this week has had a crazy effect on me. I've gone from being militant and structured down to the minute about the whole evening school night routine, to being totally laissez-faire. I think my subconscious has been tricked into thinking it's summer.

Me too! The boys were totally doing jigsaw puzzles in the living room at 7 o'clock! Normally they are upstairs, teeth brushed, pajamas on, ready for their bedtime story.
Oh summer... I'm so looking forward to it!
Spring Break starts today for my kids, and they were up until 9:15 last night! (my husband's doing)
I hope they sleep in today.
gorgeous color
Glad I'm not the only one :) and I'm hoping their teachers aren't struggling with tired kiddos. My boys have seemed fine with staying up a bit later - perhaps the light is energizing....
Thank you Char.

A little summer in March, nice, I like it. Another superb photograph.
Meanwhile, I'm going into a spring cleaning frenzy! I think I fight SAD so much in the winter that I develop inertia...and as soon as there is light again I find myself coming back to action.
I say go with it! :)
The time change is making me a little nutty and my preschooler is taking waayyyy too long to fall asleep at night!
Daylight savings kicks in at the end of the month here, and right now it still feels pretty wintry.
morning sunshine is the best :)
