what I should be doing is what I am doing

We spent the evening at a neighborhood park for Abbott's end-of-season baseball party. Good times.

This afternoon at my hair salon, I leafed through a few magazines. I read that people who have something like a tablespoon and a half of olive oil in their diet every day are less prone to depression. I like olive oil! I cook with it every day! And, people who walk 40 minutes a day, three times a week have a 2% increase in the size of their hippocampus, the area of the brain responsible for memory, over the course of a year in middle-aged adults. I like walking! We walk almost every night! It isn't every day I read about the benefits of things I'm already doing, rather than things I ought to be doing. What luck.

Happy Wednesday to you. xo

You're doing what you ought to be doing in more ways than that, Lecia.

I love a day when olive oil and walking are my objectives. Most days...

That party looks like fun!

What luck indeed! You're also a grateful type person who sees the beauty and happiness in life every day. That should have been in the magazine as well, but of course olive oil is easier.
