Hello. And Happy Friday! I spent the day baking
biscotti and making toffee with my friend
Molly and her mother; it felt good to do something so decidedly holiday. She brought over some
soup for us to share. I think I may have to make a huge batch, to have some on hand to eat every day for lunch. When the boys got home from school there was a collective sharp intake of breath at the glorious scent of it all.
Whatever your plans, have a good one. xo

A beautiful perspective here. Enjoy those biscotti.
I thought that soup recipe looked like heaven when I saw it on Orangette.
What a fun day!
Wow, lucky you baking with Molly! I love biscotti and am sure they were wonderful. Soup is such a comfort at this time of year. Have a great weekend Lecia.
A charmed day. And, I love your table runner.
I've had good luck working with kids making handrolled and decorated candles. You can get sheets of beeswax and wick, ready for rolling tapers. Using thinner sheets of colored beeswax, you can add decorations to the candles.
What a lovely picture. So inviting.
I wish you a wonderful Sunday.
Sounds like a lot of fun!
Wish I had been at that table. (I love this photograph.) xo.
