10 pushups - you are a rock star! I can hardly do one and that is on my knees, not going all the way down. tell me it gets easier the more you do (I tend to give up!) and I'll start to do some too. 10 push ups is amazing!! I cannot do push ups. I am not really one for exercise, I decided that since I am on my feet all day the most exercise I do out of work is walking my dog!It is slowly starting to look like spring here, but then we get a very grey day with a bit of rain to remind us to count our blessings :)

Pushups are the best. Good for the abs, chest and delts. I used to do 40 M-Fr but then I got lazy. Guess I should get back to it. Thanks for the nudge.
I'm going to start doing push ups at home with a small bit of ab work as I slowly rebuild my exercise routine. I'm with you...some things are best without an audience.
